"My husband and I only spoke with Bruce Anderson over the phone once. A few days /weeks later , we called and asked for Bruce to represent for us. He often was NOT in the office NOR return the calls when we left the messages. Apparently, people who worked under him covered it up for him. Last phone call , we have learned that it is not their responsibility to have them support us with the challenging contractor from Knack Contractor Company. I thanked the secretary from the State Far phoned the claim. The claim returned our call on the next day . If we had known neither the agency or the claim would help us, then we would have NOT called them. We would have moved on to the different contractor."

"Horrible agent. Does not return calls. Incompetent staff. They never know anything and always have to call you back. Absolutely useless and only calls you when he wants to sell you more services. Staff likes to blame customers for their mistakes."
